Came to the shop yesterday, and was greeted with a copy of SO-EN (装苑) magazine, July issue. We’re all smiles, what a lovely surprise to kick off our weekend!

Look what arrived in our mail today!
A parcel filled with zines from Nieves! :) There are zines by Will Sweeney, Spike Jonze amongst the many other zine goodness. Nieves is an independent publishing house based in Zurich, Switzerland. Founded in 2001, Nieves’ focus is on publishing Artists’ Books and Zines.
Mediabus’s new bookshop/project space named The Book Society just opened on March 5th! We’re so happy and excited for Helen (one half of Mediabus). The space seems so awesome just be looking at the photos, hope to set foot there someday.
We’re secretly + patiently hoping that the zine scene/community in Singapore would be just as vibrant, and very much celebrated too! We really love + adore the very heart and soul that goes behind such indie zines :) Then perhaps we could start having zine swap parties!
